Full House Property Management was founded in 1994 to assist friends, colleagues, customers and clients with their rental needs under the principle that quality homes resulted in quality tenants. We believe that the quality of tenant and rental income will be a direct reflection of the pride in ownership an investor has. We are Equal Opportunity Housing and California Apartment Association members and believe in the CAA code of ethics. Full House Property Management offers property owners a choice of services.

Our Team
Full House Property Management team includes a small office staff with a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) designated team member. While we do not maintain a maintenance team, we have a diverse group of licensed, bonded, & insured contractors which are carefully selected to ensure they meet the Full House Property Management standards to care for your investment.
